LN @ the battle fields of Verdun - 11.11.2022

On 11th November 2022, the 104th anniversary of the end of the First World War, 2CC, 2CB, 4CLC1 and 4CLC2 paid a visit to the battle fields of Verdun.
The fog did not lift all day, bathing the Mémorial de Verdun, the Cemetery and Ossuaire, as well as Fort Vaux, where a group of French soldiers also remembered the events of the war, in eerily appropriate greyness.
